Agreement with Minick AG

Republic - June 9, 2005 - Synegys, a leader in developing mobile solutions to improve business performance, and Minick AG have entered into an agreement providing Synegys with worldwide operator connectivity and mobile billing capabilities. Minick will supply premium SMS services to support mobile solutions developed by Synegys.
