William brings 20 years of experience across the IT solutions lifecycle from strategy through planning, design, implementation, operational management and commercial exploitation. Previously he managed and grew Deloitte Consulting’s Telecommunications and Strategy & Operations practices in Canada, UK and in Central and Eastern Europe. He had the privilege to work with CXOs of leading companies including Vodafone, O2, Barclays, Tesco, T-Mobile, ING, Electricite de France, GSK, and AT&T where he focused on the capital market drivers, customer perceptions, system capabilities, and mobile technology innovations transforming businesses and customer propositions. His work covers a wide range of strategic and operational challenges including customer and competitive strategy, operational and process improvement, performance management reporting, data warehouse and business intelligence requirements, organizational design, and transformational change. William previously held senior marketing and engineering positions for Verizon, Bell Canada and Telus.

Carlos is responsible for revenue growth and market leadership. He leads global teams focused on direct and partner sales, including OEM, distributor and reseller channels. Furthermore, Carlos is actively involved with client engagements, leveraging expertise in the areas of market strategy, route-to-market and sales force effectiveness. Before joining Synegys, Carlos spent 15 years working in the professional services firms of KPMG in Germany and Deloitte Central & Eastern Europe helping manufacturing, energy, and consumer retail business clients address their existing and emerging challenges. He had the privilege to work with notable companies including Czech Airlines, EBRD, Henkel, Hochtief, Iberdrola, IFC, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oreal, Makro, OHL, Pepsi Cola, SAB Miller, and Skoda.
Director, Customer Success
Vratislav leads a growing team responsible for fostering a trusted advisor relationship with customers helping them realize the full potential of Synegys’ solutions. He serves as a customer advocate in driving industry best practice and the evolution of Synegys product and platform functionality integral to the customer’s success. Prior to joining Synegys, Vratislav spent over 10 years with Deloitte solving operational issues including restructuring, business process design and performance management for companies in high technology, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing and financial services. Some of the clients served include: Telefonica/O2, ING, T-Mobile, Novell, PRE (energy distribution), Nova Hut (steel), SAB Miller, and HVB Bank.
Strategic Product Development
Salvo supports the review and development of new propositions supporting mobile workforce and mobile health service applications. This includes the strategic and operational support on the creation, modification, and maintenance of potentially complex and diverse technology solutions. He leads scoping activities and assessments on the need for new technologies and inform how they can strengthen activities to accelerate progress towards organisational aims.
